1. How much does Causeway cost?
Causeway offers two types of pricing structures: per-user pricing and per member-company pricing. Price per user starts at just $5 per month per user and decreases in cost per user as your user count increases. Price per member-company is an option for our member-based association clients. An organization pays per member company that accesses Causeway, with unlimited number of users for each company. 2. For who, or what types of groups, is Causeway best suited?
Causeway was originally developed for trade associations, standard-setting bodies, and member-based associations. Any organization, large or small, can use Causeway. Although our customer base is primarily member-based organizations/associations, Causeway can also be used by companies looking for an internal collaborative platform for employees to store and share information. Causeway also serves as a Board-portal collaboration tool for University Boards, Councils, or other groups. We've even found Causeway to be helpful in the classroom as a way for teachers/professors to share information to studends, and give students a place to collaborate on documents/projects.
3. I have an existing website, how does Causeway work with my current site?
The Causeway team at Omnia Digital Solutions will work with you directly to ensure Causeway can be easily accessed from your current public website. For associations, your members' "Log In" link can send users directly to Causeway. Also, Causeway offers an API that allows for log on credentials to be shared with other login services you may have.
4. I currently use another collaboration portal, can my data be migrated into Causeway?
Yes. The Causeway team at Omnia Digital Solutions can work with your previous collaboration tool provider to get access to your data, and move it into Causeway.

Yes. Causeway works for all organizations, large or small. Causeway is currently used by thousands of people all across the globe, so you can rest assured your collaboration tool needs will be met.
7. As a University, what can Causeway be used for?
Causeway serves as an excellent Board-portal, providing your Board of Directors or Council of Trustees with a secure, easy-to-use, tool for sharing of information. Causeway can help your Board administers assemble "board books" for your meetings, collecting all of the meeting's relevant documents in one place. Causeway is also a good fit for the classroom. A teacher can administer a group within Causeway for each of their classes, using the document repository and email discussion lists as ways to pass information along to students. Students can also upload or collaborate on documents within their space in Causeway.
8. What is involved in a free trial?
During a free trial, a Causeway site will be set up for your group, and a member of our team will help you get up and running. We'll be available for any questions you might have during the free trial period. At the end of the free trial, we'll talk with you about signing on for long term use of Causeway.
